Intellectual property rights

蘑菇tv Oxford is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our site and in the material published on it; these are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Without prejudice to the generality of the above paragraph, the trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the Trademarks) displayed on our site are the registered or unregistered trademarks of the College or third parties.

Page headers, graphics, icons and scripts are the College鈥檚 intellectual property and together with the Trademarks may not be copied, used or imitated in any way without the prior written consent of the College. Nothing contained on our site should be constructed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any of the Trademarks or other material displayed on our site without the College鈥檚 express written permission or that of the relevant third party.
