Announcing Oxford Open Doors 2022
On Sunday 11 September, in collaboration with the Oxford Preservation Trust, Univ will be taking part in Oxford Open Doors, which sees many of Oxford’s historic and iconic buildings opened to the public.
From 10am until 4pm Univ will open its gates and offer the opportunity for visitors to come inside the oldest college in Oxford and explore its beautiful quads, grounds and selected buildings. Self-guided tours can be taken, accompanied by our downloadable , allowing guests to discover our wonderful Chapel with its famed Abraham van Linge windows, our Hall with its magnificent portraits, and peaceful retreats including the Fellows’ Garden.
Of course no visit to Univ would be complete without the opportunity to marvel at the spectacular , the monumental work of Edward Onslow Ford, housed in a unique space designed by Basil Champneys complete with a sky cupola.
