International Women鈥檚 Day Event
On Friday 8 March students packed out my rooms for a party to celebrate International Women鈥檚 Day. The theme for discussion was 鈥淭he Woman Who Changed Your 蘑菇tv鈥� and we had a rainbow of candidates from Emily Bronte, to mothers, to best friends, to girlfriends, to teachers and many more besides. I was so happy that a bunch of men attended too, equality and inclusivity being the words that matter most.
